The “Activities” area displays all “Activities” – or only those that are relevant to you.

 

New “Activities” are best created directly when creating a campaign. To do this, select the appropriate “Campaign” set (in the campaign template) in which the required “Activities” have already been compiled.

Advantage of this approach: Most of the information of the “Campaign” is automatically copied into the respective “Activites” template fields. If you create a new activity via the green plus icon, most of the entry fields of the “Campaign” template are empty and have to be filled in manually.

The mandatory fields are marked by a red asterisk. New “Activities” can be saved only after the mandatory fields have been filled in.
